Ingredients:
2-3lbs Steak (Ribeye, Nee York Strip…)
2-3 Stalks of Fresh Broccoli
Little Red Potatoes
Red Onion
3-4 Garlic
1/2 Cup Butter
Olive Oil
Seasonings for Veggies to Taste: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Ranch Powder-optional
Seasonings for Meat: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Montreal, Worcestershire-1 tabla
Preheat Oven 425
1. Cut potatoes into wedges, Cut onion into chunks and mixed together with olive oil and seasonings.
2. Bake for 15-20 minutes on a sheet pan.
3. Cut broccoli into florets, cube steak into 1-inch pieces.
4. Season florets with olive oil and seasonings.
5. Season cubed steak bites with olive oil and seasonings.
6. Pull out sheet pan with the potatoes and onions.
Change Oven Temp to Broil
7. Mix the florets in with the potatoes and onions and push everything to the edges of the sheet pan.
8. Add steak bites to middle of sheet pan.
9. Broil 6-8 min or till top of steak bites start to caramelize.
10. Melt butter with garlic, pour over the top and broil for 1-2 mins.
